“He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?”

Micah 6:8 NKJV

Last Sunday, we spent time walking through the first five chapters of Micah so that we could understand the significance of Micah 6:8, our Lectionary text for the day. The Prophet Micah spoke to Judah and Jerusalem about the state of their union, which was not good. Through him, God called His people to Justice, Mercy, and to walk humbly with Him. The prophetic call of Micah is relevant and timely.

Congregational Meeting, February 8th, 2026, after Worship

Join us for Coffee and Conversation in response to last Sunday’s Micah 6:8 Sermon on Justice and Mercy. This is a time for everyone to come and share what is on their hearts and minds about what is going on in the world, and for us to pray and plan our next steps as a part of God’s faithful people in the world. Coffee and Conversation is for youth and adults, and there will be activities for the children.

Please be prayerful and bring your ideas on how we can do what is right, work for justice, be kind, show mercy to those who need it, and walk humbly with our God.

We will meet in the Sanctuary. See you then!
