Help Cornerstone partner with local churches to feed homeless men in our community through HOME Ministries. Sign up in the foyer to help provide food Oct. 1-15th. You can also come help serve. We are also seeking donations of lunch items like individual bags of chips, juice boxes, choco milk boxes and anything that goes into lunch bags. Those can be dropped off in the church lobby.
Cornerstone’s annual Trunk or Treat event is happening on October 27th from 4 to 5 PM. Wear a costume, bring a friend and join us for games, prizes, treats, and lots of candy. This is a fun event for the entire family!

Dear Church Family,
Thank you so much for your prayers, support, and love! My heart is overflowing from everyone’s kindness and interest in the missionary work God has called me to in Japan.
As I have shared many times, I was hoping to reach a support raising deadline of 60% by September 30th. Well, I made it to 52%, which is an incredible feat in my eyes. It had nothing to do with me and everything to do with God, you, and everyone all over the world who has invested their time to be part of this journey with me through prayer and encouragement.
Now to the burning question, what happens now? If you don’t get to go to the training, can you still go to Japan? Absolutely I am still going to Japan! The goal is still to be 100% funded by February. Every gift given up to this point still goes towards reaching that goal. This is not a set back, it’s just a change in direction. There will be another training for me to go to, but the dates have not been finalized yet. So we will pray that God has already planned it to work for His glory and perfect timing. We are going to Japan. Yes, we, because I cannot serve overseas without the prayers, love and encouragement of my church family right here at Cornerstone.

We thank you for your continued financial support towards paying down the loan for the Capital Campaign. It is because of your generous support that all this is possible. God is good!
